The invention relates to the cleaning of equipment from contamination and can be used in various areas of industry using heat exchangers.
The aim of the invention is to increase the reliability of the cleaning device by reducing the wear of the blast tube.

The device for blowing off soot contains a blast pipe 1 with nozzles that enter the internal cavity of a boiler or other heat exchanger, the surfaces of which must be cleaned. The supporting means for the blast tube includes a core structure 2 comprising support rails (not shown) along which the carriage 3 moves, designed to rotate the blast tube 1 and its longitudinal movement through the wall of the heat exchanger 4 and back. The passage means through which the blowing pipe passes has an air-cooled duct assembly 5, the Working agent leaves the nozzles of the blowing pipe 1 during its passage into the inside of the heat exchanger and is fed to the latter through the supply pipe 6 through the blowing valve 7 and - the swarm enters the blast pipe on which the pipe is slidably fixed. The upper roller is mounted to prevent the blowing of the blast pipe 1 upwards. The upper roller assembly is located on the bracket 30 attached with screws 31 to the bracket 9, the shelf 32 of the bracket 30 is horizontal.
The device works as follows.
When introducing or removing. Since the axes of the roller carriages 19 are at an angle to the vertical, the mass of the mixed roller, shaft, and the relative parts of the carriage tend to rotate the carriages in which the axis 19 is horizontal and prevent the rollers from rotating around the axis 19 to the position corresponding to the angle of the helix.
In order to eliminate the effect of the roller's weight on the action of the niapier, the carriage has counterweights statically balanced with the mass of the roller relative to the axis 19. Such weights of the counterweight are formed by a part of the wall 33 representing the whole and connecting the projectile 25 and 26. Due to the counterbalance effect provided by the areas of the wall 33, the effect of the roller weight does not affect the action of the roller nodes, despite the position of the helix angle of the rollers 27, and since the helix angle changes during operation of the blower, the rollers remain in the floor voltage x, to extend and rotate without sliding friction on the surface of the blow tube.
The use of the presumed device will increase its reliability by reducing the wear of the blast pipe.
